How to apply the Feather Collection:

Using your tweezers, grab the extension in the middle, just before the base splits into the 5D strands. By doing this, you will keep the extension intact. After grabbing the extension correctly, apply exactly like a classic lash.

Customer service is shocking

It took an entire month for my order to arrive. I had to reach out to customer service multiple times—only received one response claiming it was shipping, when it clearly wasn’t. I followed up with several emails that were completely ignored. I even messaged them on different social media platforms and filled out multiple contact forms, but never got a reply. Then, out of nowhere, my order shipped after more than three weeks, with no apology or explanation for the delay. I’ve ordered many times before without any issues, but this experience has completely changed my view of the brand. I won’t be ordering again.

Poor customer service

I got to know about this business in Lashfest business conference. Love these lashes and have really great results. Customer service is really disappointing… which is really frustrating. Have to wait for reply for weeks. Ordered these lashes couple of times now and delivery time is ridiculously long so make sure you order way in advance. Even a whole month in advance 😢

Very Poor Customer Service

I am missing contents from my order and I am not receiving a response though the numerous of emails or instagram messages I have sent. Really unprofessional.

Still nit received lashes 4 weeks ago ordered.

I have sent an email and 4 messages on Instagram. I still have not received the lashes and it is 4 weeks ago. Still waiting for an answer about a refund... received no tracking information and only one email confirming payment.
